I know this is just a blog, but this topic was brought up amongst the thousands of Drs who are questioning the vaccine (and thus quickly being labeled conspiracy theorists or disinformation sources). They tell peer-reviewed truth about COVID-19 and experimental shots. Here is the concern...

quote:

The Supreme Court ruled that if there is anything synthetic, not from nature, inside of our genome, then whoever owns the patent on those synthetic parts now owns part or all of you as a human. That means Bill and Melinda Gates et al., The Department of Defense, et al. can literally own a human being. If this synthetic code is taken up into your genome, by law, you could be owned overnight.

I have no clue how this all turns out, but this is just one of many reasons why pushing an experimental vaccine is unethical and should be fully deliberated first. The propaganda behind this pandemic and vaccine is like something never seen before.

Who owns who?

That is not how this works. Jeebus

The mRNA sequence is only used to prompt a NATURAL immune response. It isn't "genetically altering" the recipient. It spurs on the natural response.

Good LAWD...I don't care if people decide not to take it. But, to act as if this is genetically altering the recipient is foolishness.

I don't believe OP or you because neither of you has backed up your claims.

Anybody got a legit source on synthetics inside a genome being patentable?

You are worse than the most gullible leftist prog. People like you are too stupid to function in society. Please go back to your decrepit single wide in the woods and stay off grid. Gates’ secret death squad is probably on to you for posting this. They are coming for you!

Living, man-made micro-organism is patentable subject matter as a “manufacture” or “composition of matter” within the meaning of the Patent Act of 1952. The fact that the organism sought to be patented is alive is no bar to patentability.

quote:

He filed a first-of-its-kind patent for the new genetically-modified bacteria species. The United Kingdom granted the patent already. But the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office denied the patent because it determined the invention was a living organism. The U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals (now the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit) reversed the decision. It ruled that just because micro-organism are alive doesn’t mean they cannot be patented.

But Moderna Chief Medical Officer Tal Zaks tells you straight up that the shots change your genetic code. He calls the Moderna shot “hacking the software of life.” Viral vectors do the same thing.

I get he's using a metaphor, but better choice of words might not lead people to believe you are saying one thing but mean something different.

lol at the responses.

The Supreme Court's ruling did allow that DNA manipulated in a lab is eligible to be patented because DNA sequences altered by humans are not found in nature. The Court specifically mentioned the ability to patent a type of DNA known as complementary DNA (cDNA). This synthetic DNA is produced from the molecule that serves as the instructions for making proteins (called messenger RNA).

Wait, so now tiny clusters of cells are important enough to be protected by government mandate?

Some cell lives matter, I guess...

Quite possibly the blogger is an idiot. But any of you disputing the patent part are just as dumb.

You need a link to disprove what OP is saying - Bill Gates and the DOD legally own you if you took an mRNA vaccine?

You read what you linked and you think that SUPPORTS the OP contention?

Really?

Then dispute it. Learn us.

That’s not what OP said or quoted though. OP said and quoted some horseshite baloney about Bill Gates and the DOD legally owning (in part) humans who received an mRNA vaccine.
