Its up to the States which is how it should be.
Looking at the actual Abortion statistics I hope the people getting them continue to do such as without Abortion our Welfare State would be even bigger than it is now.

Get ready for a flurry of television ads about a 12-year-old who is raped and must carry the child to term.
Trump can run ads about 12 year olds being raped and murdered by illegals.
Does the soccer mom care more about abortion or the safety of her own kids?

Abortion is irrelevant. It's legal. It has not declined in numbers at all. So, why is it an issue? Who the hell votes for President based on whether you pay $10 in gas to drive to your abortion or pay $50 to drive to your abortion?

Simply put, the Republican Party is wearing Trump and the Dobbs decision around their neck like an albatross and it’s killing them. It killed them in the mid terms and it will kill them in November.
They’ve managed to successfully piss off a HUGE swath of the voting female population in this country with their underhanded handling of Roe v. Wade.
These voting women watched as Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell paraded these judges onto national television and all three of them then blatantly lied under oath, stating that Roe v Wade was “settled precedent”.
Did the GOP think women would just forget that?
Trust me, I’ve been married twenty-five years, women don’t forget shite. Republicans are married to Trump’s court and to the Dobbs decision.

Sounds like a good hill to die on

Yes it was the Supreme Court’s decision, but Trump is the one who appointed the justices whom he knew would vote that way. That is why he is getting the blame, or credit, depending on your point of view.
Trump made that a big campaign issue the first time. He is toning it down now.

Roe was bad law by any reasonable measure. The idea that it should have been retained by good jurists as not to upset the political apple cart raises a lot of other questions.
In other words, any half-decent judicial nominee operating apolitically and from a conservative constitutional interpretation perspective would have overturned.

Flash in the pan. There won't be near the rage vote there was in 2022

getting rid of Roe means that the occupant of the White house has no part in the abortion decision.
Why do people want the president involved in deciding what women across the entire country can or can't do in this situation?
The president is now a non factor, as it should be.
Wow. How well stated. Please Mr. Trumps' team of advisors... ask him to memorize this for when it is brought up.

Imagine a nation choosing a leader solely on their belief that one leader will protect their right to murder their children.
I don't have to imagine; it is the reality of the vast majority of the world. Some of our states are now like Egypt, Senegal, Madagascar, Nicaragua etc.
