La and Tx don't need this one pipeline. With all of the refineries in close proximity and other pipelines in the area. we will be fine.

I don't even pretend to know the distribution patterns, though. I assume there aren't trucks driving directly from Exxon to the nearest Circle K.

It's a good question- how DO we send it out locally? Do we still use this company as a distributor and middleman?

Give it time, there will be some type of idiotic spin to move away from O&G because the pipelines are vulnerable. Never mind the fact that cyber criminals could shut down the entire power grid with the same effort.

Well tanker trucks run directly from Refineries to distribution locations so I would say, yes, they are coming from ExxonMobil directly to stations they have contracts with.
