North Dakota man pleads guilty to taking forklift, planning to 'flip' president's limo
https://

Prior to the president’s arrival at around 2 p.m., Leingang had stolen a forklift in Mandan and entered the motorcade route, according to Sasse Russell.
“The intent was to basically try to get to the limo, flip the limo and get to the president and he wanted to kill the president,” Sasse said. LINK

from wikipedia
no fricking way in hell a shop fork is going to get that even an inch off the ground
the sheer size of any fork that could maybe get some lift would be massive
never underestimate the utter stupidity of the left

I bet the plan sounded really good in his head.

This guy better hope he was forklift qualified or he’s gonna be in a world of hurt.

I'm on an 8000# Yale about three times a week on average. It's a beast compared to our other warehouse trucks but it wouldn't even pick up a corner of a presidential limo.
This guy either had an absolute monster truck, or was just unbelievably stupid. I'm going to take a wild guess and lean toward the latter...

quote:We have pallet forks for all our big 4wd tractors, and I am sure that the tractors have the power for the job. But wouldn’t the forks bend at that kind of weight?
