So you’re using “accepted a plea deal” and “gave a confession” synonymously. There was no detailed confession or any actual confession. They accepted a plea deal.

A plea may require allocution where the defendant admits to the details of the crime in exchange for a reduced sentence

Then, what they're doing to Donald Trump is very similar.
Yeah, it's very wrong when the system can be manipulated by those in power to do their dirty work.

Is it really that hard to believe that two black guys were railroaded for killing a white cop?
It’s also not hard to believe a black guy shot a cop in a drug stop.

Neither did the OJ acquittal (based on juror racism and hero worship). Wonder what the real story is in this case.

Odds tell us that if more black people are in jail, more black people have also been wrongfully convicted…. Especially considering it has and continues to happen with regularity.
I saw this story recently where two black people fought with a cop because they were smoking pot at a bus stop bench.
Maybe it’s because there is a larger cultural problem there. It’s actually an entitlement to think you can just do drugs in public then fight people telling you you can’t.

It looks like it’s about race.
In northern mostly white states, you may have a point.
And you don’t realize you are being the racist by suggesting it’s about race. Because either way you slice it you are saying people are poor because they are black and commit crimes more because they are black.

they wouldn’t have pleaded guilty if the facts were in their favor.
Public defenders are all about the quick plea bargain. Facts be damned.

So a judge can usurp the jury's verdict? That would seem to overturn the whole foundation of our justice system.

You are brainwashed.
You see black people as helpless pets.
Everything you do or say is viewed thru a paranoid prism.
No one her doubts you "think" they got this wrong.

Some leftist internet twat thinks she knows better than the USSC. Shocking. The amount of narcissism from Marxist progressives is insane.
You are not in the pursuit of justice for victims, you only care about settling scores for black people, regardless if they were guilty of the crimes they committed. You are a racist

In a plea deal, a verdict of “guilty” is entered for some offense, even if a lesser one.
Regardless, the guilty plea counts the same as a conviction.

quote:It’s hard to know if this is accurate. They certainly are arrested, charged and convicted more than any other race but it’s impossible to know if that’s due to increased criminal activity or just racial bias in the criminal justice system.
Because they are criminally involved more per capita. That's a fact.
Black men sentenced to more time for committing the exact same crime as a white person, study finds
quote:There are also just more Blacks in southern states. I’m really curious about what’s going on in California. They incarcerate a ton of Black people.
The southern states have lower disparities because there are more poor whites. Again, finances and criminal involvement are linked. That's a fact.
