A honest question about this memo

Will anyone actually get in trouble or be charged with anything? I mean this is getting out of hand with what people did to stop Trump. He needs to come down hard and teach all these snowflakes a lesson.

What does the memo describe being done to "stop Trump?" It describes a FISA warrant for surveillance on Carter Page. It doesn't allege improper action beyond failing to disclose what the memo asserts was bias by Steele, the guy who prepared the dossier. The memo does not mention Trump at all.

Put McCabe, Rosenstein, Yates, and Comey on the stand under oath and see how many 5th amendment references you get, especially now that this has been declassified. The places to hide behind national security are dwindling.

The FISA warrant failed to disclose much more than that, including material facts relating to the origin, financing and lack of vetting of the dossier.

Do you actually believe the judge would have granted the FISA warrant if he would have had that tidbit of info so conveniently left out? If I'm that judge, I'm on the verge of holding someone in contempt.

If they look at the classified evidence presented with the warrant, and its acceptable, then no all of this is over nothing.
