It's mentioned all the time especially by leaders of that 15percent. They touch on it regularly when speaking in those certain districts. Just not the day after 2 mass murders but carry-on with your rhetoric and ignorance and gotcha posts.

According to the Left, and The Media Narrative, when other groups of people do bad things, it's white people's fault.
White guy shoots up a Walmart = white racism.
A too-large percentage of black guys wallow in crime and dysfunction = white racism.
