A convoy of white busses

On Sunday I traveled Hwy 21 towards San Antonio and four or five groups of unmarked busses were traveling North. Over 20 busses passed. Any idea if Brandon/skeletor Pelosi were involved?

These 20 buses had less than 1000 people total.
8,000 PER DAY are crossing (actually probably way more)

Texas prison buses are white with just a little blue seal (TDCJ logo) on the side.... but they are converted school buses.

The ones I saw looked like the picture from the news article. I found it strange they chose to not use the interstate routes and to run on Sunday. Avoidance tactics?

Groups of 5 and I saw about 5 groups within an hour from 3-5pm
