It means they selected 75 people to ask and 73 believed in it, so they extrapolate that out to suggest 97% of EVERY scientist out there believes it.

I'm in this camp.
Sign me up for environmental conservatism. We should make recycling efficient, not waste water and conserve any finite resources.
Establish long term mandates to clean up the worst pollution creating industries. It is very irresponsible of a government to implement sweeping regulation and overnight shut down industries such as coal mining. I would say the same for oil refining and other petrochemical industries. Give those companies time to adapt and those communities time to pursue other lines of work.
But we can't be the only ones. China, India, M.E., and other nations need to do their part as well. We can lead so long as others make changes too. This is where Obama could have made a stand with China. Force them to move to a cleaner environment or suffer economically. Don't tell me as a taxpayer we need to do more and funnel billions into "Green Energy" run by his donors all the while rival trading nations pollute their arse off.
I'm also not sold on battery powered vehicles either. Batteries don't last forever and the minerals they are made from are finite as well. Also what are the long term disposal of batteries consist of?

Science only matters when it comes to gender. When people apply science to climate change, they are making stuff up.

Thats pretty accurate. No one ever asks.."97% of what number?"
That number comes from a study known as "Cooke Et Al" An voluntary online survey composed of mostly hand picked people.

I saw the original "research" report. It was, if I recall, 79 scientists surveyed and none of them were named. It was 100% falsified.
