I have a feeling like that guy doesn’t know where he is. There are people still sharp at that age but this doesn’t look like one of them.

if the old man has any alzheimers, dementia, etc he will walk and rightly so. its perfectly reasonable for him to fear for his life considering his age and the other guy being black which is relevant (crime stats)
