I've actually heard General Jack Keene on Fox say that is likely the US/Israel in joint operations. He said there are likely numerous Iranians who are helping us target these places. So I guess I believe it.

Doesn’t need to be space based, aircraft based directed energy weapons exist and could easily do this.
