Because the feds gamed the situation by essentially ceasing ALL communications with social media companies (even most of their own posts). They went crying to the 5th saying "we don't know what to do and the meany judge won't stay his ruling".

Giving the government carte blanche to direct tech companies to censor whoever the government wants is the enemy of whom?
In another decade the shadow secret government will be doing everything they want on the sly and we will get story time for the news.
We don't 100% for sure know who is running the country now, only that it is someone never elected to do so.

At least two of the three judges were appointed by Democrats. This means they will more than likely rule for Biden in the case. Will need to get an En Banc hearing or the SCOTUS to stop it.

This decision only allows the government to continue censoring until a decision is reached. It didn't attempt to decide the case, this is temporary.
