But I digress. Israel is a great nation. Her people are resourceful, intensely family orientated, and bountiful. Go visit Israel. Pay particular attention to how the Israeli-occupied territory is lush and green—God's people caring for God's land.

If we decide to call South Dakota Israel, will you love them too and swear your allegiance?
Or is it an allegiance to the literal dirt? Was it the Promised Land when it was named something else for the preceding 2000 years, or did it become the Promised land again when the native population was pushed aside by European/Russian Jews in the 50’s? I’m just trying to figure out whether it’s the name or the patch of dirt that you hold sacred.
