Im with ya. He's great at the economy and US stuff.
This Iran shot is over his head and he ABSOLUTELY, DIRECTLY campaigned against this EXACT fricking clown show.
Stupid motherfricker keeps saying its about over, and the highest ranking military analyst are warning its just starting and no end in near future.
So when you here Trump lie, you suddenly realize its part of his con. He says whatever he has to to convince himself he made the right move attacking. Because he cannot admit his mistakes...ever

That report is factually inaccurate.

You guys are making shite up again.

It’s true, actually. Miss Lindsey is happily sending his “good lucks” to all the Marines who are about to die in Iran because Trump and Jared Kushner are obsessed with silly arse ethno state Israel.

I just can’t understand how people can feel tricked, misled, or lied too. Trump has said many times Iran can’t have a nuke. He tried to negotiate. When the other side tells our negotiators that they feel like they have an inalienable right to enrich uranium and they have enough material to make 11 bombs then we have moved passed the negotiating phase and moved into the act or don’t act phase. He has always been pretty consistent on Iran can’t have a nuke. That told you where the man stood once negotiating failed. I just can’t see how Trump lied or misled anyone.
Trump was against putting troops on the ground, and I believe he does not want to do it now. But I also think he didnt have all the information (as a candidate) regarding Irans buildup of conventional missiles and drones. If they had another 2 years they would probably have had so many that doing what we are doing today would have been impossible.
Trump is doing what every administration since Carter should have done. Including Reagan. Every President just kicked the can down the road letting it be someone else's problem. Just like the MASSIVE debt we have as a country.
I hope we can keep any troop involvement to a minimum, hopefully just enough to control the straight and get oil moving. Then hopefully we can get arms to the Iranian people and let them do what needs to be done to retake their country.
FWIW these are just my opinions as someone who has never worn the uniform. I appreciate the sacrifices our military makes.

Nah, you are the anti-American piece of trash here hoss. This war is just as retarded as you are.
It’s a crying arse shame you aren’t there to fight and die with our marines while defending some godforsaken oil field from pissed off Persians with nothing to lose.

Being a Democrat when a Republican is in office is just plain suffering for ya’ll 24/7 365.
I use to laugh about it, but not as much anymore. You guys are causing real mental health issues with your physical body that is not good for you.
Trump has done far less harm to America than the 12 years that Obama ran the White House.
I promise you there is more to life than worrying about a man who has zero impact on you or your family directly.
Go outside and do something besides hating on someone who wouldn’t know you from Adam

What a stupid myopic world you must live in

Some of these people are truly dragging knuckles when they walk. And I say this as a 3x(hell, 6x if you count the gop primaries too) Trump voter.
OUR Marines are about to be dying in some Humpty Dumpty Aladin sandy bitch oil field instead of Israeli soldiers. Yet again. Like always. Because them the rules apparently. Americans to front lines to die first!
God forbid the Israelis do it themselves or at the least be willing to fight and die along side us on that oil field we are about to try to seize.
Wake up people. Stop being cool with Americans being sacrificed because Zionists say so. We’ve been doing this for nearly a century now

Yes they’re MEU goes on deployments all the time and for years they haven’t been doing ground deployments in country.
But right now during the Iran war, they are being deployed.
Much different situation than 1987 when we weren’t in an active war
And if you will remember in the summer/fall of 87 we were very close to war. Lybia and Lebanon were powder kegs as was the gulf. Heightened after the USS Stark attack(in which I lost a classmate in that).
Better to have an MEU in theatre if something goes haywire than 12-15 days away. Kinda like in 87 when any time Lybian migs or sukois left Lybian air space over the Med they were greeted by Tomcats and any surface vessels were greeted by Intruders and Corsairs - Let's em know the Sheriff is in town and waiting.

I can see why this would cause you to post as much as you have on this subject then.
I'm sorry the person you voted for 3 times has not fulfilled all your expectation. For some of us that voted for him 3 times what is occurring now, while unfortunate, is consistent with what we have seen and heard from him for the last 10 years. In fact, I would say for the vast majority of the 77M who voted for him in 2024 it is.
We were also not single issue voters. We recognize as a total package:
a) in each of the 3 elections it was a binary choice between Trump and Hillary, Biden, Harris.
b) while Trump may not be able to fulfill all of our hopes for the country as a whole 100% of the time, the contrast of the binary choice we were left with was so unpleasant that we were going to have to deal with things as circumstances evolved that we weren't 100% happy with.
Fortunately for you, you won't have to make a choice about whether to vote for him again or not. You will have to search your soul for exactly what your moral compass is (right now it appears to be only one issue) and vote accordingly, like the rest of us.

just out of curiosity why do posters like you and the OP feel the need to continue to talk about how many times you voted for Trump.
Do you feel it somehow legitimizes your position more?
It almost seems like it's a theme, almost like part of the talking point memo being handed out. But I'm sure that's not the case. I'm sure both you and monster did something you can say here that's somehow not verifiable in order to justify your position "more"
Just so you get a different perspective from people who support the President on the decisions he's been required to make as it relates to Iran, regardless of how many times or if we voted for him:
People like you and monster who feel the need to post this come across as either liars or the biggest idiots in the world (if your statement is true and you're somehow melting over what's occurring now).
you seem to post this in order to justify you've somehow been misled. The facts and circumstances don't bear this out regardless of how thinly you want to slice his words.
Doing so makes you look foolish.

Going to war in a foreign country, draining our munitions, having American soldiers die and draining our bankrupt coffers more to give to the MIC when you campaigned on no new wars and specifically no more Middle East quagmires is a little different than not fulfilling a promise about making IVF free
