It all could have been avoided several ways.

We had intel on the suicide bomber, knew he was coming( knew what he was wearing, identified him in the crowd 30-45 minutes before the blast, but no one in US leadership would give the kill order and he got loser in the crowd.

Within the hour, 13 American patriots dead and serval more wounded.
