Some of these immigration judges need their banking records investigated. Probably a good chance some of these judges are bankrolled by Dem activist or MS-13 itself.
Don't know if this particular judge was overseeing immigration cases but I found this:
"Dugan has worked with legal aid organizations and as executive director of Catholic Charities in the past."
Wouldn't this be a conflict of interests?

During the first Trump administration in 2019, federal prosecutors charged Massachusetts judge Shelley Joseph with obstruction of justice after she allegedly allowed a defendant to leave the building through a rear door and evade ICE. She faced up to 25 years in prison.
The federal charges were dropped in 2022.

She wasn’t. She is a state district judge. Immigration judges are very different

2nd Judge arrested for obstructing an IMMIGRATION ARREST
^this is the way. When enough of them are arrested and prosecuted, maybe they find another hill to die on.

I’m pretty curious what else the arrest is based on. Hope it’s more than what Patel describes here.
Best to be on the safe side and arrest. If she is innocent, she will be able to hire an expensive lawyer and after a long time in the wringer, she can go free and go look for a new job.

Wonder what the facts are here.
So disingenuous, it’s 2025, FCS, if you were remotely serious it took 2 minutes to find out she’s already been before a U.S. Magistrate judge and charged.
They even describe her dress, lol.
quote:
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was charged April 25 with two felonies for her role in helping an undocumented immigrant avoid arrest after he appeared in her courtroom last week.
Dugan, 65, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Dries during a brief hearing in a packed courtroom at the federal courthouse. Dugan, who was wearing a black dress with white flowers, made no public comments during the brief hearing.
As it ended, her attorney, Craig Mastantuono, told the court: "Judge Dugan wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest. It was not made in the interest of public safety."
The federal criminal charges have not yet been made available.

its actually cheering the arrest of a leftist activist who was arrested for interfering with a lawful investigation/arrest, and that person just happens to be a judge..
nobody is cheering the arrest of a judge for working or acting within that capacity of a neutral and detatched officer of the courts..there is a diffence if you look
