According to an informal poll me and Mrs. Sick have taken about 50% of the moms would rather be at work. Some say the little angels are turning into little heathens.

Kids are good but house is a mess. I live in a cold climate so they can’t just go in the yard like it’s summer.

I’m enjoying this, and they are too.

Not terrible.

My oldest in middle school has actually taken a lot of initiative with his online learning. I am quite impressed.

My four year old already got a head start on kinder. He knows all his letters, sounds, and almost all the kinder site words (mainly thanks to pre school but we've seen a lot of improvement week over week), also doing well with math. Just need to work on his fine motor.

And my one year old is just walking all over and getting into shite but that's normal.

Not terrible, but it’s way worse when my wife and middle child fight all the time. They’re like sworn enemies. Btw- she’s the one that’s just like me

The only problem is when the kids interfere with my makeshift exercise routine at home now that all the gyms are closed.
A lot of my home routine is on a mat and they keep walking on me and licking my face.

don't have kids but for y'alls sake I hope your internet doesn't have any outages until they are back in school

Y'all would be back to entertaining them like Abe Lincoln's mom did.

Make a schedule. We have a defined timeline of what kids need to do and when to do it. They don’t have to think, because a 9 & 6 year old boy don’t know how to manage their time. Do it for them. Create and follow a schedule. Ours is basically all school work time before noon, then lunch, quiet time after lunch (nap, read, color/draw, listen to music, no TV or electronics)

After that they can play outside if nice or inside if raining, pretty much free time. If they want electronics (fire tablet, switch, etc) they can do extra math or read a chapter of a chapter book for 20-25 minutes of electronics.

. One of ours just turned three and we have a nine month old. My husband is still working and I’m somehow more exhausted than when I go to work. House is a bit cleaner though.

You sound a couple of months behind us. We have a boy who turned 3 in Jan and another boy who turned 1 in Feb. I'm working, and I think my wife is not far from losing her sanity. I take a shower as soon as I get home and take them outside to give her some time alone

That’s good of you. Our son (the 3 yo) is basically holding me hostage. He’s a super momma’s boy and won’t let me out of his sight. I never wanted to be a stay at home mom and still don’t, but I’m reminding myself that he’s going to think I’m lame and probably be embarrassed of me soon enough, so trying to enjoy it.
