When all the talking is done, and the dust settles....what’s the results?

Do R’s hold the house? Or lose it? By how much?

Do R’s pick up seats in the Senate? If so, how many? Which ones?

Bonus question, if the R’s hold the house, who is the new speaker? If the D’s take back control, who is speaker?

I’ll hang up and listen.

Given the amount Trump has accomplished in the last 18 months, I can almost concede that scenario without much heartburn.

Especially if he gets another SCOTUS nominee, and that has to come through the Senate.

Although, I’d like to see more common sense financial reform. As well as additional energy reform.

Another turning point could be the timing of Tax Cut 2.0. People will get more money in their paychecks at the right time.

Smart timing.

Democrats flip 30 House seats and take a 225-210 majority on Jan 3, 2019. Pelosi takes the gavel and resigns 30 days into the session. Dems elect new Speaker.

Senate: 2 Dem incumbents lose narrowly (Heitcamp and McCaskill) and the Dems flip three seats, Nevada, Arizona, and Tennessee. On Jan 3, 2019, there will be 50 Repub and 50 Dem Senators with VP Pence being the tiebreaker. Dems will force Pence to be present at most Senate sessions.

Governors: Dems will flip 6 governorships.

The Skyscreamers have driven the Dems close to a nervous breakdown.

I wouldnt be surprised if R's pick up seats in the house.

Lol. That’s horrible analysis. Especially all that jerkery about The Senate. Jesus.

Republicans hold the House by 10.
Republicans pick up a minimum of four Senate seats. Probably five.

Just out of curiosity, what are you basing this on?

YES, I'd venture a guess at a couple.

Red Wave. Sorta.

This version of the Democratic Party is caput. Reall not sure what takes its place, but until it does it is not a party that can win national elections.

What I'm saying is that while they will stay the majority party in places like NY (well NYC) and California, people like Schumer, Pelosi are done.

I guess they become some kind of Bernie Bro party. There just is not a political market for the current version that believes exactly as Paul Ryan does on economics, but want to have unisex bathrooms for 26 genders.
