Haley is the female Mitt Romney. Never met a war she didn't support and never missed a time to use a tragedy to virtue signal in an attempt to gain the acceptance of the mainstream media.

Those are IMHO bribes. They are pay backs for something done while they were in office. All the Presidents seem to have done it or simply used their libraries to collect.
