It's clear that the Constitution never meant to include illegals. It was for citizens and legal residents only, primarily slaves.

Trying to use a judge's poor interpretation decades after the fact instead of the words of the people who wrote the amendments is dumb.

It should be obvious that "persons" at the time meant citizens and slaves.

That’s why they will continue to be counted. Democrats always win these types of cases.
