CNN staff are in tears that these officers aren’t dead and a young black man might be at risk after having ambushed them.

Twitter is almost unreadable right now in the comments.

There are some sick/brainwashed people out there.

We’ve all wanted to get a good one liner out into the ether of the internet.

But these people are different. Going to their profiles, they’re avowed witches and Marxists and openly advocating for their enemies’ death.

We’re in a war. We can accept that fact and act accordingly or close our eyes and plug our ears and hope.

And the people who run twitter have no qualms with the trash. Openly cheering the murder of cops won’t get anyone banned.

Walk tall my friend. I have and continue to work for LASD (31 plus years). When it’s our time there is nothing we can do. People on this board have crucified me because I gave up on all pro sports including the Saints. Very few of them support LE, yet they want cops to work their security detail. I won’t comment on the details about this incident until the timing is right. California, it’s politicians, judges, courts, etc HATE us but always call when they need help. Take pride knowing you do a job that very few can and are willing to do. The pendulum will swing back. God Bless and Stay Safe!!!

I respect what you’re saying but I wish you and all law enforcement would/could leave the communities that don’t appreciate and deserve you.

Did many people openly congratulate that monster on social media?
There were some outliers, but in general this is still Oklahoma and most people here who knew of the incident would happily donate a single round of .223 to the head and the means to propel it, and even the trigger finger.

The proggies here are loud as frick but they're outnumbered at least 100/1.

Nobody hates good cops. They just want the good cops that exist to call out their bad coworkers for being pieces of shite instead of protecting them.

Stay safe my friend, this stuff hits extra close to home for you and I understand how it can shake your foundations a bit - even from a thousand-plus miles away.

Sometimes i think we benefit from being able to wear street clothes and not having that "cop" appearance, but you don't have that luxury. I truly respect what y'all do and don't envy the position you're in right now at all. Your job is FAR more dangerous and on the front lines than mine, so god speed and god bless your day to day

Prayers for the Deputies involved, their families, and all of the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department.

We’ve felt the wrath of cowardly ambush attacks here in Baton Rouge. Nothing worse than getting hit before you can even defend yourself.

Stay safe, it’s a beautiful war.

So ACAB is another imaginary thing? You're aware of that acronym, yes? How about Frick 12?

Come the frick on. Not the time, place, or person to respond to with this shite right now.

I've been in Federal law enforcement for 6 years now and haven't come across a SINGLE "piece of shite" amongst hundreds of federal, local, and state officers I've had the luxury of working alongside. Stop swallowing what the mainstream media feeds you and have a mind of your own.

Sure, there are officers out there that aren't cut out for the job... but that's an extreme rarity. For every ONE of those, there are literally THOUSANDS of good ones with families just trying to protect their community and do the right thing.

You've been brainwashed to believe that "bad officers" are far more prevalent than they are, and it's fricking sad and pathetic. You'd still call 911 and expect those same officers to come rescue you when your life was in danger or property broken into/threatened in a heartbeat. They literally do what you're too scared to do, put your life on the line to protect yourself, your family, or your belongings.

Very aware of ACAB and don’t agree with it. When cops take pictures laughing of them enacting chokeholds that killed someone and it doesn’t get brought up until a year later when it’s somewhat acceptable to talk about, that lets me know people are scared to speak up.

Good cops need to be calling out bad cops, the bad ones are putting lives in danger.
