Who wants to have to keep up with more than 5 acres

We’re not talking about 5 acres outside of Atlanta. This is 5 acres of undeveloped land in BFE central Georgia. Land is cheap and only having the capital for 5 per family doesn’t bode well for future plans.
They’re camping and calling it a black settlement

People that want real wealth. They’re not making anymore land.

I don’t care what they call it. If they want to build a ladder to the moon on it. 19 families got together and decided to do something that requires commitment, personal responsibility, and cooperation with each other.
I applaud that and hope it works out.

It seems to me that the biggest threat to black people will be living amongst them...other black people.

“ We’ll have a sportsman area, like a Black sportsman area with fishing, hunting, shooting range, ATV trails.”
This reminds me of when Pacman Jones bought a house next to a buddy of mine.
The property has a pond...maybe 1/3 acre. Pacman and his hoodrat friends would ride jet skis in it all the time.

Urban crime will soon be their biggest concern

I don’t have a problem with it. I take issue with the glorification of it.
These types of purchases happen every day.

Other than the double standards I don’t really care. The second they charge for a wedding I hope a white person schedules theirs, just so they can understand why the freedom of association matters to some of us.

That’s only enough for maybe a couple hundred “nuclear” style families.
1/4 acre with 3/1-2 house

seems like their plans would run afoul of the Fair Housing Act.

I sort of know the place. It's in Wilkenson County, a county with a rather high black population, but not as high as 40 years ago. That area of Georgia has seen an outflow of population, especially young blacks, to mainly the Atlanta area because employment opportunities are pretty much nil. So it is no surprise that land is cheap. Good God-fearing folks predominate, but I can see these young blacks getting frustrated at not having any money to speak of. It's about 99% chance that they are going give up and go back to town soon enough. I hope I'm wrong. I wish them well.

Good for them. How long before somebody is murdered there?
Will they allow illegal immigrants?

Has anyone told them their greatest chance of dying is from the hands of another black person?
