There were 1,000 scientists who signed a document around 2000 saying the same thing. "Man doesn't have any effect on climate." They were ignored.

As a retired physician I can tell you that any time anyone says 'The science is settled", about any topic, STOP LISTENING immediately. Actual science is always changing and is only ever "settled" until the next discovery.
