Solved it
It took forever because it's a lot harder to solve one when you're not doing it in your hands

When I was a kid, I could never figure out how to solve one.
So I took a screwdriver, pulled it apart, and put it back together in order.
My way is better.

Took me about 20 or so extra moves because it kept turning the way I didn't want it to go. Controls on this are a pain in the arse.

It's my life long mission to one day solve a Rubik Cube. What really is getting me most recently is my kids asking me to help them and I can't. I'm figuring this out this week!

Learn a few quick algorithms for it. You can do it certain piece of it at a time and only need to learn like 6 or 7 to solve the thing. It gets much more complicated if you want to learn how to do the fast solving.

I think there are very few people in the world who figured out how to solve a rubix cube on their own. Most people were simply taught the method.

That's me. I'm not fast by any means but I can do it. I solved the google one at lunch. Not fast, but I did it. It drives me insane to see a messed up rubik's cube around the house. Kids and gf get a kick out of scrambling one and leaving it laying around where I'll see it.

I can solve a real one. The google one is a lot harder because like some people mentioned, I just use muscle memory to do the algorithms to solve it now at this point, which don't help with a digital cube.
If y'all are interested I found a guys set of videos that explain how to solve it. Thats how I learned. I'll see if I can dig them up, but I am sure there are lots of other good ones out there. It takes me like 2 to 3 minutes but I can do it every time. I've never looked into the strategy and methods to do it much quicker than that.
