Corey Thompson, how big of a pick-up was he?

Heard Miles talk about him as well as others. He was a late addition to the class, but I had know clue how good he was coming out of hs. Apparently, the coaches are expecting big things because anytime the talk about someone unknown they blow up like Brockers, Mingo, and Mathieu before they became AA.

huge imo, we are thin there...he will get pt this year at some point

Very important to have gotten another safety prospect in that class. Thompson was a big big pickup.

I think he'll play special teams this year then provide HUGE competition next year if Eric Reid departs.

About 6-2 205 according to the roster.

very underrated on the recruiting websites but is 6'2" 205 with a 38 in vertical...freak athlete with really good football smarts and instincts from what i could tell from his film (im no expert but it jumps out at you for sure)

Wow!!!! Was he a 5* or high 4*? Maybe Collins committing elsewhere turns out to be a blessing in disguise.

I believe he was a 4*...5 seems a bit high
I hope it was a blessing in disguise...I wish we could have landed LC and I wish him the best at bama (except when we meet) but I will never forget how bad he made us look on national TV...stringing us along when his mind was already made up..TigerBait!
