So no bite? Thought about giving it a try this afternoon.

Might have better luck this afternoon because it will have given the Fish more time to migrate due to the cold water

Damn so you mean you didn't heed the advice of all those that said the guy deserved what he got when his boat slid off the trailer in the last freeze because he didn't leave it strapped....

yes the cold water temps get the fish piled up but more factors come into play on where at. Im not familiar with that area but you may need to try a few different spots that have different water temps, water flow/level, bait...
A few weeks ago I caught 50+ reds in a spot and went back the next week with the same conditions and not even a bite. Moved to another spot and, bam, there they were.

The reds are there now just not crazy busy. I went back for an hour and just left. The guy across from me was catching the entire time I was there. He found a hole. He was in on the side before You get to the bridge and casting between 2 shrimp boats towards the commercial concrete dock in front of specs. Good luck. That guy is gonna get busted for going way over the limit

based on the photos, that looks like the spot that the guy across from me was catching everything. I think there is a deep hole in front of that boat across the canal.
