Yep. I love telling them that I've boiled hundreds of thousands of lbs of crawfish. Then they tell me how a small batch is so much different. dumbasses.

No doubt. I have 3 friends that if I call them I never have to lift a finger. They argue the entire time but they always turn out good.

It was an enlightening moment. By definition...an epiphany.

Garlic infused butter could be poured on properly seasoned crawfish much like indonesian black pepper crab.


Im not advocating it, but I will try it nonetheless.

Im sure this was meant as a joke...but I know of a local bar that uses the crawfish water to make mashed potatoes to go with the crawfish.

Honest answer...not bad.

That is a good one, I normally use butter and garlic, but I have a lot of dead ones the next morning...

I make sure to take my crawfish out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature before they go in the pot


Makes a big difference
