Don't have any dogs.. Ive just heard its a good time but seems like most woodcock hunters are fairly secretive about certain locations especially around the basin

Ive got a lease with plenty of woodcock. We are about 15 miles west of the BR Mississippi River bridge. You can get em all, as there is nobody hunting them. I have a friend with a couple of pointers too, if you want to borrow them. They are seasoned hunters and my buddy is always offshore.
