Some wildlife and landscape photos and short videos from April.
Photos were taken around South Louisiana, Black Bayou Lake NWR, Mountain View, Arkansas, and Ennis, Texas. I really need to start carrying my tripod for video, the camera + 200-500mm lens starts getting a little heavy when trying to do video hand held.

More photos on website

Short Video Big gator in Black Bayou Lake NWR

Short video of two alligators mating

Short video of common grackle

Short video from the Tchefuncte River

These are great. I borrowed your Yellowstone River photo that you posted as being submitted to a contest for the background on my laptop.

Awesome, and thanks! That photo won first place in the Clean Water Act's 50th Anniversary photo contest.

Congratulations. It is just a great photo. You should think about getting to the Ozarks more and shoot some pics up there amongst the hills and streams. Especially early in the morning.

Already planning that for the end of May/early June. Planning to either spend a few days on the buffalo river or taking a few days hiking that area.

Also plan to be back late fall/early winter after heading to Jackson Hole to lead some workshops (hopefully)

I have an old Nikon EM SLR and in high school and college I took some cool pics in the Ozarks. I wish I could find the photos and negatives now. The camera and lenses are stashed away in my garage and probably haven't seen use in 25 years.

Mountain View, AR. One of my favorite "get away from it all" places of all time. We usually make the trip to MV at least 3-4 times a year.

Do some pickin and grinnin on The Square and rack of ribs from Tommy's and can't get any better.

It’s quickly become one of my favorite places. The Tetons hold firmly in first place though. When I head back up there I’ll have to check out Tommy’s

What is the best way to upload lots of pics in a single effort?

Just came back from an amazing Brazilian Amazon and Chilean work trip, but too lazy to share pics and vids from simple one off uploads

You could probably find an image hosting sight, and upload them there.

When i post here its the photos that i've shared on social media, since my website won't allow me to right click to get the image link
