I haven't lifted in a few weeks now thanks to the move and the vacation. It's started to get to me, I'm like a dug addict for working out and I'm starting to tweak.

I know the feeling. When I do w/o specifically lift, I get increasingly addicted and will start increasing my time in the gym to a point where it interferes with my other responsibilities. I also like to lift heavy and will push myself in a direction that at my age I don't really need to be going. If I miss for more than a few days I start getting anxious and unsettled, snapping at the kids and wife, and in general being a real arse. Honestly, identify that habit is why I have never tried roids, I know I would be addicted and throw away my life.

I got to get back in the swing of things but I need to put a hard stop on the amount of time I can spend lifting.

Message Posted by SmackoverHawg When do you shower? Night or am?

Depends. No regular pattern. Afternoon, night, or am.

The couple times I got in jacuzzi bath, tonight being one, to relax back they exploded. Not sure if that is the cause or just fuels them.

He once said he tucks his little girl in bed every night by (reading, rocking, singing ???IDK) but the timing seems right so I was thinking maybe something new in the child's room.

I have the same problem.

Almost tore a pec trying to chest press too much.

Then hurt my back but was convinced I could still do pullups. That was a fun sight.

Benedryl could be suppressing it. Then once it wears off the rash resumes. Does it welp up like a mosquito bite or more splotchy?

I take the Benadryl at night to stop the itching/spreading. Completely gone in am. No dots, redness, anything.

Just like a mosquito bite. It starts like one small bite and they get larger and spread.

Sounds about right.

Very impersonal service with limited information and we don't get paid.

Maybe. It's always starting at night? Does it seems to coincide with anything like taking a shower or getting in the bed itself?

Always at night. Never any sign of it before 9. It's never just a few dots. When it comes, it comes in full force. it starts as a single bite/hive, then s few, then all over.

Doesn't coincide with anything, completely random.

Heat can bring it out or be the cause. Some people can even develop an allergy to water. But heat "allergy" isn't uncommon. Why it starts? Who knows. If you want to forgo allergy testing for now. Try a trial of oral steroids, zyrtec every am, benedryl at bedtime and singulair at bedtime. Do a two week course of the prednisone and the others for a month or two. If it continues or resumes despite this, see and allergist. Also have your caregiver check complement levels and do a work up for connective tissues diseases. General blood work is indicated too to rule out other internal sources.

My wife rocks him to sleep most nights though,

I have very erratic patterns so it makes it hard for me to pin down possible causes.

So just take a pocket knive and cut your palm right over the keyboard. Let a few drops fall, we'll take it from there.

I have created stretch marks twice from gaining too fast. I put on mass pretty easy when I lift and then when I stop lifting for one reason or another it all morphs to fat.

Thanks. That's pretty much the plan right now. See if bit stops and try to pin down cause. If it keeps up, go see allergist. I damn sure don't want to take medicine every day.

Don't know how alcohol will affect it. Guess ill find out tomorrow.

Got those all over my things and to a less extent my chest near my undearms.

Haven't really had that problem since though. Gaining has got a lot harder now.
