Took x-rays for back. Missed call when I was cutting grass and she was gone when I called back
Said I'm definitely allergic t something. Told me a few ways to try and isolate what it was. Didn't want to do allergy test yet. She went through a ton of shite and I ruled it all out. .

Nope. Starts at night, completely gone when I wake up. Not even a bump or redness, which makes it lean towards hives as opposed to a rash, if I'm right?

Yes. Look like hives. Start around 9 or later. Sometimes after I'm in bed, sometimes before I get in bed.
