If it has to do with LDWF in any way, its corrupt as all hell, and I would only support a bill that would somehow eliminate or at the least lower the corruption. However, I realize this is Louisiana, and anything having to do with government is corrupt so it will never happen.

If you read the current set up, several commissioners must be from coastal parishes and the others are subject to who the governor appoints. So this gives him authority to chose them from where he feels they should be

According to my wife, #1 and #2 fit me quite well, with #3 being slightly debatable (only because of the age criterion).
