I’d say either the Buffalo River or Crooked Creek in NW Arkansas…great smallmouth fishing!!

My lease has a mile or so of the Lano on it. Had a blast a few weeks ago with an ultra light and bobber.

Eleven pt river
These look great.
I need to dig more into reasonable float distances/day for each.
Also need to look at rainfall for Eleven pt. A big factor in planning so far out is picking a more weather stable option.

You can float the Eleven Point almost year round since it's spring fed. Greer spring puts 200 million gallons of water daily into the river.
Its one of the biggest springs in the US and there are two similar sized springs close by. Big Springs flows into the Current River in MO and Mammoth Spring flows into Spring River in AR

Thats pretty awesome.
I am more concerned about seasonal rainfall cloudying up the river and shutting down the fishing. On our coastal plain rivers along the northern gulf, a good rain messes up fishing for ~2 weeks.
How long does eleven pt take to clear and how often is that an issue?

Just curious and I know this isn’t a place OP would likely want to go. How is the Kisatchie river? I’ve never seen it but is it floatable at all and is fishing any good out there? I live in Shreveport and have thought about checking it out.

Its not near that bad. It'll slow down when the river is chocolate milk but the river will clear up and come out of flood stage in 2-3 days.
We've had a lot of rain in the Ozarks this spring and you can see it recovers quicker than you think. USGS Gauge
There's some walleye in there too. That's my favorite freshwater fish to keep

Where would the OB go?
I'd do the ocklawaha, but I'm starting much, much closer to there than you are

Read Ernest Herndon’s book on paddling the Pascagoula.

Check out freshwater striper fishing. I'd go look at virginia/tennessee/georgia/NC......
They get huge and are a ton of fun to target.
