ASSAULT WEAPONS!!!
ASSAULT RIFLES!!!
ASSAULT KNIVES!!!

Cliff notes:
guy goes to Whole Foods
guy is open carrying
guy gets put into a choke hold by uniformed police for open carrying
cop proceeds to violate guys rights because of his gun
no sign was posted saying that the premises was a gun free zone
cop bout to get fired and guy bout to get paid

I am rarely for someone suing a company or individual but I hope this guy can retire after this. He very well could have been injured or killed if he would have tried to retain his weapon like he should have.

Someone open carrying should have a better sense of awareness than that. He's lucky it was a cop that took his gun and not someone else.

I agree. Lots of family and friends are Leo's but I hope to God that none of them act like this.

You talking shite about my family?

But I agree with you. I know they won't but I hope they make an example out of this cop.

Ive ran into a few, just by being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Not fun getting treated like a criminal by a thug cop.

Is it true that the majority of LEOs were picked on between 5-12 years of age?

While I do not agree with how that officer handled the situation, hopefully this will be a lesson for anyone wanting to OC in New Orleans. It's a different world down there, and don't expect NOPD to be a ray of friendly sunshine

Sounds like a POS cop. I am against our justice system when it comes to everyone wanting to sue everyone else. In this case...sue away baby.
