What's the best GPS/Fish Finder for coastal LA under $500

Got a new to me aluminum boat with a tiller handle, but need to buy a new gps depth finder. Want to spend less than $500, including map cards, but have good map capabilities. Would also like good scanning abilities for bass/sacalait fishing in lakes. GO

I just bought my dad a Humminbird 859 dsi which is like a $1000 unit, got it used and like new for $200. Check around on Facebook marketplace and Craigslist, plenty of good deals from people upgrading.
