i also have 2 of the regular sized ones. they're ok for rifle hunting alone. too tight if you want to bring a kid hunting with you.

Antler Shed is the best blind I've ever been in.

I hunted out of a few of these this year on the 8' tower, nicest ones I've ever been in. I typically don't hunt nice stands though.

The Lounger is the one I called having a kickout. Absolutely marvelous, the little extra room really makes a difference. It’s hard leaving that and sitting in some of our older fiberglass blinds. Most impressed that they have real windows that latch, versus most of our older ones with sliding plexiglass in tracks that get stuck half the time.

These look really good. I go to
Dallas every few weeks and I’ll stop by. I really like the windows. If we can get the stand with the full handrails, I think this is a done deal.

I appreciate the feedback

The antler sheds are my favorite. They’re built well and you can move around undetected with the smaller windows. Rednecks have huge windows and they’re situated really low so they’re more uncomfortable to shoot from. We got a bunch of Muddy stands and they’re nice. More similar to redneck with window layout. I also don’t really like stands with bow windows. Seems like u hardly ever bow hunt from them and those big corner windows make it easy to get busted on movement. Sounds like u need some stands with stairs instead of ladders. We have some like that and they’re really nice for the older crowd.

Have you been in a 4x6 Antler Shed by chance? Curious if it’s a no-go for 2 people.

I have. They are just like any other 4x6. Not enough room to stretch your legs in my opinion.

The 5x6 is where it’s at. Spend the extra $100 or whatever it is now.

Bumping this back up. Looking to buy 2 in the 5x6 size soon. Between the Dixie Blinds Lounger and Antler Shed, which has the better door and window seals, function, longevity? Anybody own both?

I can’t speak for Dixie, although they look great. We’ve had antler sheds for at least 5 or 6 years now, and haven’t had any issues with leaks/seals.

We’ve got a couple Antler Shed stands that are really nice especially in cold weather. The only issue we’ve had is the track for the sliding windows makes opening and closing them difficult. I don’t know if it’s debris in the track or something got damaged. It’s annoying but it hasn’t yet made it to the list of things to fix. I really only think about it when I’m in the stand.

I think our next stands are going to be the Ranch Kings. I’m trying to find time to go look at them in person.
