What's preventing me from leaving now for weekend Toledo bend trip

Mr. Anderson's Ford Edge. If I could have delivered this vehicle yesterday, I would already be rolling out. Waiting for ford to deliver a door molding today while we do a final check of fluids and an alignment. God, I hope the old man comes early to pick up. With my luck, he'll have twelve doctor's appointments this morning and not be able to pick up 'til after lunch.

I would wager Toledo is one of the only lakes fishable right now in NW LA. Lots of people might migrate down there from Caddo, Bistineau, the River, etc. Caddo looks like it's going to be in flood stage for a while and the River will be muddy for probably the rest of spring at the rate we are going.

Only the public launches are closed. You can still launch at Red River South.

Nothing just left..... North bound on 171.... hitting toledo today and tomorrow. Then all about lacassine for the next few weeks.... 3 weeks vacation starting now.

Nah. Headed to Grand Bayou after Little Palo makes his soccer debut. Haven't been there this year, but at least it's open. Hope the bite is as good as last spring.
