Hog hunting in south Texas a few years ago, using a 30.06 and shot a big sow among a group. The bunch took off in a cloud of dust and the big sow limped off. Went over to see and had three 30 - 40 lb pigs kicking on the ground. Didn’t find the sow till the next morn8ng but there was hardly anything left. Coyotes cleaned her up, about 50-60 feet into the brush.

I like using 72 caliber shells.

Maybe try using a 50 caliber mark 7 if you want to get a bunch in one shot

Ar15 chambered in 6.5 grendel. Light recoil for follow up shots, but enough power to knock them down.

When is this?
I was under the impression that nutria could be hunted all year long.

Holy shite! That looks like fun.
They need a Huey with a couple of M240s. That spade trigger is so sweet!
