Chicken fried backstrap w/ taters and white gravy

I used to make venison chili all the damn time in college. I would make a huge pot of it and invite my friends and tell them to bring the beer. Fun times. My wife will not eat seafood or wild game so those times are far and few between nowdays. Sucks really.

Wood duck
Put it in a pot with some onions, water, secret ingredients, let it bloop bloop for 6 hours.
Turtle sauce piquant is an incredible rare treat as well.
So is fried frog legs
And doves are great
Whole fried flounder is my favorite sometimes
I can't answer this question for real.
