Nephew whose an avid collector and had some pretty good stuff really likes his. If I were to buy one (don’t own a 1911) I would probably save a little more and get the Ruger

I love them so much I have 2 identical models in 9mm & 10mm. They're phenomenal guns for the price. I recommend them to anyone looking to get into the 1911 world on a budget.

Model: Ultra FS

They're accurate, go bang every time and have tremendous value. The model I got comes with almost every upgraded option there is. I paid full retail for the 9mm and it was $599. Got the 10mm online for like $515 if I recall correctly.

Depends on the era of production. They started off on old machinery and didn't always produce the best guns with it. They spent a ton of money, I think in 2012, I could be wrong on the date, to modernize will all new CNC machines. Since then QC and tolerances have been much better. They also started coming out with more and more models when they upgraded machines. Their customer service is top notch like most gun manufactures.

Basically Junk.

So terrible in fact you should buy that one and give it to me to get it out of circulation.

I'm doing everyone a favor. It's a sacrifice and your welcome.

They are solid. If buy one. Especially if it's after 2013 ( I think that's when they really made a push for quality with mechanical upgrades.

Edit: looks like someone else said 2012. That might have been it. Didn't see their posts before submiting.

First gun i ever bought. Mine is a subcompact 9mm 1911. Great little gun. Had an issue at first with the mag not going all the way in and then trouble ejecting it. Talked to one of their gunsmiths personally on a fb group. Sent it in, they fixed the issue, sent me a shirt stickers and ink pens for the trouble. Hell even the companies president used to comment on that fb group.

Excellent gun for the money. Unlike Llama and other, older "cheap 1911's", the Armscor guns are legit and built to spec.

Where? For that price, I don't care if it's 45,40, 9 or 10. That's a sweet deal.

ATI is a different maker, but also Filipino. I bought my son one, a GI in .45 for $320 (they'd occasionally drop down that low). It's a great gun for the price.

For 22, I'd pass

I have their 1911 in 9MM/22TCM and love it. Had it a little over a year and probably put 250 rounds of each ammo thru it with no issues. Got their 1911 in 45 ACP in my sights.

I’m sure they will but I think they were .22 lr. They’re closed on mondays so I’ll go back in tomorrow to see for certain.

Depending on what is sharp, it's likely an easy fix
