As I get older, the closer it is to home or work the more it is worth.

I can go every weekend, during bow season I leave from work and can make a hunt. If I ever get out of the one I'm in, between work and home would be great.

Most leases are 100 acres per person. $1000 to $3000 per member can be found in MS. Most Florida parish leases are higher. West is higher than east in the Florida parishes.

In Winn parish it's a family lease that we've had for a long time. Usually kill a few good bucks every year and plenty of does.

We also have a 1 time stock fee in the propert...I'd rather not say what that cost is.

I don't ever see myself getting into something like that, I like a change of scenery too much to commit to one place.

I have a friend that's in a club with 100k buy in. Ducks, deer, hogs, and some real good back water fishing. Would love to be able to get in a set up like that

Interested in joining a hunting lease. It would be an annual deal, 7/1 to 6/31. The cost would be $2,000 a year. Come with a trailer, generator, and water. However I would probably bring my own trailer or build something.
The land is taken care of (food plots, feeders, etc.)
There are stands already, I am sure they need upkeep, but all seem in order.
Currently 8 members. Will probably not to over that amount, believe for sure one will be dropping.
I've gone two weekends to this place with a friend and we were alone one weekend and with one other guy the other weekend. So it appears its not swamped with people constantly.
It is 800 acres total.
Located north of st.francisville before Mississippi.

I pay about $5k for 1000 acres. Some others pitch in but I pay the lion's share. Then we own 450-500 acres and have access to 100 more attached to it. I think the total for the 1000acres is about $9-10k

Well if you're paying the lion's share, how much can my share be?
