What a trip!

This morning finds up in the southern tier of NY state in a park on the bank of the Allegany River. Got here last night in a hard rain got parked and didnt even unhitch. Jumped in the camper hit the slide out and nothing happened. Grrrr checked battery connection truck hitch and battery stand by switch all ok. All out side in the rain came in frustrated wet and cold sat for a while when I remembered the fuse box. Found a burnt 20A fuse and luckily had a spare finally got it fixed.
Still wet and trees dripping but quite pretty. Gonna try to get some pictures for yall later but its been quite a road trip.

Sadly no. This was a visit the wifes family trip and not a hunting fishing trip this will have to wait till I get home. Wish Ida thought ahead and brought my fly rod though. This lil river looks nice. it's hard to look at all these big fat fox squirrels in the park with my 22 in the camper but I figure these yankees would throw the book at a Cajun outlaw.

I am 1600 miles from home sitting in the woods on a river bank and that aint outdoors enough for yall. it's far more out than most of you arm chair posters. The reason I aint flooded yall with pics is cause I cant load them to here with out already loading them somewhere first. I put these on my favorite OB forum so I could put them here. Sorry it dont meet yall approval maybe ya right the soccer moms are possibly more outdoorsy than you posers.

Here are the licensing requirements. Looks like the squirrel season runs from 9/1 through 2/28.

yea I looked into hunting fishing licences and they aint too expensive only prob sitting in this state park they have strict no shoot the wild life policy(NY libs 
)

Went to Cooperstown as a kid and played in a baseball tournament. It was beautiful up that way. Always wanted to go back

It's very pretthy specially this time of the year. we were lucky to catch a grape festival last week in the finger lake region got pretty pieeyed sampling wines and hard ciders great time with the wife driving me around.

Kill or catch something then get back too us. Most of us thought this was a hunting or fishing trip and are pretty disappointed in your sight seeing trip. No hard feelings tho.

Ya aint gotta hunt or fish to have fun camping sorry ya dont get that maybe when ya mature. I aint putting any more pics or comments till I get home peace.

Look I am sorry guess I got a short fuse. dont mean to take it out n da kids. We got here in a pouring rain, I got the elec hooked up and got drenched doing it. Jumped in the rv the slide out didn't work and got drenched again checking stuff out side only to find the prob was a fuse inside but back into the down pour to find the spare fuse.
To make matters worse I came down with the flying chits. Way too bad for the small rv toilet So I hadda make 3 trips tothe rv out house about 40 yards away....In the rain....didn't make it 1 time...TMI? so I wasn't in the best mood this morning at least the bowels quit moving
After all that we decided to stay tonight and attempt to recuperate. it really is duck and goose weather. 
that really is 2 ducks and a goose my tablet takes crappy pics

We pulled the camper 3200 miles and drove around sight seein' 1000 with it parked, when we road trip we dont mess around.
