Want to buy my first gun (glock)

I want the exact model from the counter strike game where it can shoot 20 bullets and can switch from single fire semi auto to 3 shot. Is that a specific modification or something I can buy stock?

Ya, go to your local store and ask if they can build you a Glock 17 with an auto sear. Should be a painless process. Btw, I recommend Sulzer Firearms in Baton Rouge for this. Only guy I trust to do this kind of work. Give him a call.

You can just order the Glock 18 online and have it delivered to your house. I do it all he time.
