Legs are small but get real tender! Its hard to beat a black pot full of fully cleaned, skin on teal routeed all day with a side of fried sweet potatoes. It really doesn't take me a whole lot longer to pluck them as opposed to breasting them.

Living in Tx I don’t get to duck hunt like I used to. Would love to have a mess of ducks. My favorite game bar none. Wanton waste is not cool.

I bet it is Federal. I am guessing USFW agents are pretty tough on something like dumping birds.
