We are just going to tell my Dad that a boater stopped when she was out there taking pics and asked her if she wanted them to pull it out for her.

It won't be a big deal to get it moved off the dock. She needs to keep an eye on it and when the water starts falling get one of the guys back out to loosen the ropes up.

He shouldn't be mad at all. That's a nice boat house and a nice little deck boat. Messing up both of them at the same time would be expensive to repair and aggravating to deal with.
