One of my personal favorites would be juvenile blacktip sharks. Used to catch them out of Cocodrie. Three foot and less. Fillet them just like a bony fish fresh and fry. The meat is very white and has a coarse feel to it. Much like a freshwater spotted bass.

The water is high , rising and muddy. The fish will move with the water behind the bushes , ect. Go to Cane River , put in at Prudommes and start fishing the left hand bank headed south.

Or I can call a democratic friend of mine who has a bagger and slip him two gars and a goo. Drink beer and watch him take care of bidnuss. All before 1:00 p.m. tip off time. They gonna be eating each other tomorrow morning. Won't have time to drink 12 white cans on the entire excursion. And maybe she'll have the apt. cleaned up by the time I return with the goodies.....and have bought more beer since she's not a drinker.
You got dem cold worms ready for the a.m. ? Rain ain't coming in till about 1:00. I bring home a sack and it's on for the duration of the rainy afternoon. Guess I could skin em at my old man's house or the office come to think about it. I still got all my shite to do that anyway.
