I've seen Leather seats in SR5s, usually on the TSS package trucks.

That's what I have. It is a SR5 TSS with leather and backup camera. Has bluetooth. Works well enough but plan on changing it to android auto soon. I love the truck. It's the crew cab. Get 15.7 mpg hand calculated (dash was 15.6). Got it from Team Toyota with a Toyota certification and 1 yr free maintenance. I go about a week and a half to 2 weeks on the tank. I heard the reserve in the tank is about 5.5 gallons.

Full crew cab, 2013 Tundra, 2WD, paid $30,300.

Lot bigger interior size and much more storage than the F-150's.

18 mpg, Im good

Pisses me off. I hate having 90 miles on the fuel light.

Well it doesn't stress me out when it appears low.

Eta: I think it was to compensate for tow mileage or something.

It wasn't like that on my 08 Tundra.

90 miles is like 2 days of driving for me. I don't need a light reminding me I 'only' have 6 gallons of fuel left. I have a gas gauge, it does a pretty fair job of letting me know when I still have a quarter of a tank left.

I realize that trucks today have make amenities but the prices are just crazy. My dad bought a 2010 f150 xlt 4x4 for 32k out the door brand new and today the exact same truck is 43k. How prices have gone up 30+ percent in 5 years is baffling to me.

blows my mind too..
maybe it has to do with that fact that they know that at 0% people will finance just about any price vehicle

I'm not sure if you know ... but the size of the fuel tank doesn't affect the MPG

You may want to re-read what I wrote. I said the MPG isn't great, and a small fuel tank makes it look worse than it is. The official size is 26 gallons, but with a huge reserve (like 6 or 7 gals) to keep the fuel pump cool.

How does small fuel tank make mpg look worse? My friend's car has half the tank but it clearly appears to make double the mileage.

Fill up more. I don't mind. If it says I'm close to empty, I only fill up like 20 gallons. That's cheap

I have a 55gal aftermarket tank with the stock pump. When the light comes on, I have absolutely no idea how much is left in the tank

I did put 54.2 in it yesterday

IIRC, the total was around $175 yesterday, so I'm not glad. Earlier this year, I could fill up for around $130.

The 10mpg I get doesn't help with the fuel bill one bit

Because you have to fill up more often, because you get fewer miles per tank. Group trip to somewhere and you're always the person that needs to stop first.
