"Trophy Rooms"

I’ve got my upstairs family room as my trophy room currently but will be converting a bedroom into a hidden speak easy with some of my bigger animal mounts and moving my bourbon into that room. I’ve got a Juliet balcony that I will be able to step out on a smoke a cigar if needed.

I will have some hallow tech on the wall to the right and have a few guns in there. Going to have to get creative to figure out how to display all the bourbon because I have a lot more than what’s in the picture.

It’s only a single door entrance and that will be behind a wooden wall or bookcase at the top of my stairs.

Need to tone down the lights to a cooler color but have been lazy. Everhing was the old school cans and I had my electrician switch to the newer cans because evening was so dim. He went brightest setting in the entire house and I need to flip them all to medium.

finally getting my Africa mounts in the next month or so (they were delayed significantly due to the turmoil that was going in in SA) and am finally going to consolidate my mounts in to one room and make it a trophy/cigar/bourbon room.

I used to have a developer that I worked with from time that had all of his mounts from Africa in his office, and he had a shitload. His office was somewhat decorated like Rize’s concept pic with mounts everywhere. My favorites were at each front corner of his desk. He had two hyenas sitting with their tongues hanging out!

Poverty sucks !

All for a man cave but I don’t feel like mounts really honor the animals. I have pictures framed of the kills in shadow boxes but I refuse to get a mount.
