I was waiting for Unc to confirm or not. I’ll go ahead and get one of the rooms at Coco Marina for Friday only. It’s $225 that sleeps 6.

Coco Marina. The only VRBO available was about a 15-20 minute drive from the marina. They gave it to us for $150.

Does anyone have any opinions on a 2016 Wilderness Systems A.T.A.K? I'm trying to get a little more insight on this kayak to see if I should jump into the kayak fishing world.

Do it! Since you won't get your boat fixed you have become a useless fishing buddy.

But in all seriousness, since its the 14ft so it will paddle fast and track well. Its the same width as my Compass so super stable. They keep it with a low profile so it can paddle in the wind better than most kayaks. It has internal rod storage, lots of gear tracks. I have heard good things about the seat but I haven't sat in one. Only negative is I don't think you can put the Helix in it and its a bit heavy.

I have a Radar 135 and very happy with it, if you can always go and demo the boat 1st
but I can tell you that the AirPro seat from WS is fantastic and very comfortable.
Their boats can get shallow when needed, I have the Helix drive but when I do need to paddle the boat around and tracks well
I don't remember if the ATAK takes the Helix but at minimum I would add a rudder
