Ribs and pork loin on the pit boss
Chicken thighs, deer sausage, bacon wrapped duck breast, garlic bread on the char griller

Picked up a bunch of $1.99lb briskets. Gunna grind most of them for ground meat. A couple look nice I will save for smoking.

My son is grilling some 1.5” thick pork loin chops.
May grill some onions and do a pan of cornbread.

bone in chuck roast I got at the farmers market
pot roast style with carrots, oyster mushrooms, parsnips and baby potatoes

just put it on so I’ll have a good buzz in 3 hours

Riverboat Razz from Huckleberry Brewing in Alexandria. I haven’t had a bad beer yet from them.

Beef jerky on the dehydrator

Probably grill some knockoff Whole Foods cowboy burgers later.

I am about to burn a couple of steaks on my gasser and the wife is searing some scallops on the stove. Dont feel like cranking up the Primo so I will use the Weber

Drinking some Titos and Canada Dry Zero.
